SHIPPING POLICY
*I will happily ship domestic or international.
*Standard shipping is via the Fedex One Rate.
*Standard orders ship within 72 hours after payment has been received. I will make exceptions for expedited shipping if the order is required by a specified date.
*If you would like to expedite your shipment, please let me know in the comments. I can offer Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, or 3-Day Air shipping at the time of order, payment will have to be received right away in these circumstances.
*Combined shipping is available. Please request it with the original order.
Custom Orders
I am happy to make custom orders, with the understanding that every piece is uniquely hand blown and will vary in appearance. Glasswork can be customized by color selection, by size and/or shape in certain cases. Please email me regarding your interest in any custom glasswork.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have any concerns, or are just not happy with the purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of order to arrange an exchange or refund.
*Refunds will be given for items in their original packaging. Freight will not be refunded.
*If items are damaged upon receipt, please contact me immediately. Notice of damages must be received right away as I will need to start a damage claim. Please keep all original packaging material if your item arrives damaged, this is very important. Email photos of the damage.
